StautRH e Kestria Brasil - EXECUTIVE SEARCH DIVISION, is seeking a Managing Director for a medium-sized multinational company in the machinery and equipment sector.

The position is based in Rio de Janeiro.

Requirements:

- Experience in commercial vehicle body manufacturing, heavy truck components, or industrial fabrication. 

- Leadership Tenure, progressive leadership, including a general management or P&L role.

- Engineering & Manufacturing Background in steel fabrication, welding, painting/coating, and assembly operations. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and productivity improvement.

- Proven track record in general management or operations leadership (Managing Director) within a mid-sized manufacturing environment;

- Commercial Experience - Understanding of B2B equipment sales to private fleet operators and body builders. 

- Familiar with aftersales support and fleet-uptime value propositions.
