StautRH and Kestria Brazil – Executive Search Division are seeking a CEO for a mid-sized multinational company. The objective is to expand the business, and to achieve this growth, it will be necessary to lead a cultural transformation. It is essential that the professional has mobility and availability to relocate to a location approximately 350 km from São Paulo.

Responsibilities:

- Own the overall business strategy;

- Establish clear objectives for growth, market expansion, profitability, and operational performance;

- Lead the business development including defining and executing the market entry strategy, establishing and growing customer relationships, identifying and securing new revenue opportunities; 

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active prospecting, lead generation, and strategic networking.;

- Monitor competitors and market trends;

- Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and delivery of monthly/annual results. 

- Drive profitability improvements;

- Ensure operational performance supports customer commitments across safety, quality, delivery, and cost;

- Drive continuous improvement in production processes to increase competitiveness and market share;

- Act as a visible, hands-on leader , establishing credibility and alignment across functions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (production/mechanical), Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 

- Fluent English required.

- We Will give preference for candidates in the segment of capital goods and or metalworking;

- Proven business unit general management experience with full P&L responsibility;

- Strong business process discipline and administrative leadership capability;

- Experience interfacing closely with production/manufacturing leadership.
