Responsibilities:

GENERAL MANAGEMENT

- Leading the company with objectives and controlling intervals;

- Responsible to fulfil the company’s budget figures;

- Planning and organising the company structure and processes in respect with the company goals and long-term planning;

- Leading, supporting and assisting in marketing, sales, engineering, supply chain and after sales service themes;

- Being active in the sales by elaborating the sales strategy and being present on the market with your own customer portfolio. Acquire projects with the customers and close deals;

- Supervise the work-out of offers including the complete scope of supply, pricing and commercial conditions;

- Supervise the execution of the projects according to the contract with the customer;

- Leading the ISO 9000 handbook or equivalent standard operation procedures;

- Lead and develop the employees;

- Monitor the financial performance of the Company and the reporting system;

- Establish budget proposal and investment request;

- Manage the attributed product range and keep it competitive. Execute the sale throughout the Group companies and worldwide direct;

- Participate actively in the know-how-transfer across the entire Group;

- Participating on meetings of the group management and contribute actively with initiatives and recommendations for further business development;

- Observe the competition in the territory, 

- Ensure and coordinate the maintenance of the infrastructure regarding premises, machines and IT.

Requirements:

- Major: Higher Education (preferably in any engineering;

- Postgraduate or MBA desirable;

- Fluent English. Advanced Spanish desirable);

- Strong experience in the commercial area, preferably in companies in the capital goods segment, including: food, pharmaceutical, chemical, packaging market, among others;

- Ability to manage guidelines and define commercial product strategies, with a view to increasing the company's market share;

- Experience in managing trained teams and with representatives (not exclusive);

- Implementation of policies and procedures established in strategic planning;

- Good Domain of Office Package.
